I am a healer, intuitive, therapist, vessel of God’s light.
My relationship with God is deeply meaningful, sacred, and personal. At an early age I experienced a near-death experience which in my eyes is the greatest blessing I could ever have. I have since known it was my souls mission to live my life spiritually connected, to do all that I can to make a difference, to rely on my “inner me”, and to take time to thank and be with God. Most recently, I was forever changed after a vision I had the morning of 12/14/12. A vision that not only changed my life, but saved it in many ways! It made me seek a deeper truth and I surrendered my life to Christ in May of 2013.
In 2019, I was called to leave my very steady income and summers off position, to do what the Lord has been calling me to do. I am owner of Seeking Up Healing PLLC that offers a variety of modalities for healing. My personalized gifting one is intuitive energy healing. I am located in the sweetest old refurbished chapel location that is lit up with the Holy Spirit. This location was literally given to me in a vision by God months prior to me finding it.
I am a mother of three kids, married for almost 15 years, and live in suburban Connecticut. In my writing, you will find I have battled some pretty deep topics with in my family such as anxiety/depression, grief, miscarriage, Lyme/PANDAS/PANS, and much more. Writing is my creative passion, and my prayer is the reader can feel my heart in each word.
This is my truth, and does not have to be yours, as all of our relationships to God are independently perfected. My only intention is to share my story, God’s love and light, and hope that my story may comfort those in need of answers. Death is nothing to fear, and is as beautiful as the celebration of life. May you find His love by Seeking Up.
****I just want to thank you for visiting. You may come here out of disbelief and wanting to dismantle my story. Please realize this is my story, and my story alone. I am not preaching, or advocating how any of you should or should not practice faith. Since this is a place of peace, negative, hurtful, or harmful words will be deleted. I hope you can understand why.****
As Seen On: I Survived Beyond & Back on the BIO channel! Soon to be seen on: Scary Mommy!
Aimee,
Congratulations on your bold step towards realizing your truth and making yourself vulnerable enough to share it candidly. You did a great job 🙂 and what an awesome opportunity you were given I must say.
I agree with your testimony 100%. Faith and its fruit is an amazing thing, and we truly miss out when we aren’t completely open to it and actively playing a role in it. Cheers to you playing an active role in faith.
I pray that you continue strong on this path and that you feel and know GOD’s GOODness and may he shower you with many more blessings and opportunities to come!
I just saw your episode and was drawn to your blog. Congratulations to you for sharing your personal experience with the world – you should be very proud for doing what so many people say they will do…but sadly never do. It is awesome that you have found your voice and are brave enough to share it. Thank you!
I watched your story three times on bio Sunday night. What a journey! I believe your story. In my opinion, you saw God’s Angels, God’s Light, the People of Paradise and so much more. I can only read about the Unseen world but you saw a good part by God’s permission. Thank you so much for having the courage to share your story with the world. I would like to write in other than a public forum — e-mail preferred. I even looked on Facebook. If ever you have an e-mail address available for fans to reach you, please add it to your blog.
Can I simply say what a relief to search out somebody who really is aware of what theyre talking about on the internet. You positively know easy methods to bring an issue to gentle and make it important. More folks must read this and understand this side of the story. I cant imagine youre no more in style since you positively have the gift.
Aimee,
Kudos to you for sharing your story. You are truly anointed, and God is using you as His vessel. The most inspiration anyone can ever get is someone who is living by example, and you are doing just that. You understand this thing called ‘l.i.f.e’, and you are living your truth with love, passion, conviction, and purpose. You see beyond the unimportant, and focus on the important. When you get published, please let me know!
Your near-death experience sounds amazing. I’m so happy you decided to share it on your blog. What a blessing you are to your family and surely to many others.
When I saw you in the TV show “I Survived”, I was amazed at how much you look like my mother when she was younger. You look like you could be related. I would love to email you a few photos of her when she was younger. Her maiden name is Douglas. Her mother’s maiden name was Law.
Hi Aimee! I found your blog after seeing your story on I Survived… I wanted to share a positive thought with you. It’s a point that I resort to while in philosophical and scientific discussions about religion and God. I studied science and know God’s truth too. For those that are truly concerned that God doesn’t exist and are disturbed and searching I remind them of one simple fact….
Do good things happen? Do bad things happen? So we can all agree that good and bad are distinctly different and that both exist everywhere.
Then God exists because he is everything that is Good… (actually the word is only one o off which makes me wonder if that’s where our title of God came from but who knows…)
Of course some people are so intent on arguing that it won’t matter what’s said. Still, they can’t disagree with good and bad… it’s so obviously real!
I just found this to be helpful for the people who are scared because they want to believe in Him but have trouble trusting. I hoped it might help you when people bother you about your story.
